-Dark soy sauce 80g
-Caster sugar 30g
-Boiled-down saké 100g
-Macadamia nut paste 250g
-Pine nuts paste 250g
PREPARATION:
1. Put the raw ham soup in a pot, and add the raw vegetables.
2. Thinly slice the Iberian swine meat.
3. Serve guests the dish as is, or ea t by making shabu -shabu from the swine meat and dipping in sauce.
