2. USING THE TIP OF A KNIFE, REMOVE THE SECTION OF THE TOMATO CONTAINING THE SEEDS, ENSURING IT REMAINS WHOLE.
3. PLACE THIS SECTION OF THE TOMATO PIECE ON THE TOAST AND ADD AN ANCHOVY.
4. FINISH WITH A SLICE OF JOSELITO HAM OVER THE ANCHOVY.
NOTE: THIS DISH COULD BE PREPARED WITHOUT THE TOMATO. IN ITS PLACE SERVE A SLICE OF HAM AND AN ANCHOVY ON THE TOAST.
