1. COAT A RAMEKIN WITH JOSELITO BUTTER.


2. CRACK THE EGG AND ARRANGE WITH JOSELITO HAM SHAVINGS AND CREAM.


3. ADD SALT.


4. BAKE IN THE OVEN AT 160OC FOR 7 MINUTES.


5. FINISH WITH FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER.


6. HAM SLICES OR CRISPS CAN BE SERVED OVER THE COCOTTE.
