Ingredients: 

 

 

Octopus dumplings

-Tofu
-Carrots
-Shiitake mushrooms
-Trefoil
-Kelp
-Iberian ham
-Ground sesame seeds
-Eggs
-Various cooked  meats
    

Sauce
   

-KANZAKI  sauce
-Pepper
-Oyster sauce
    

Shimada nori
    

Macadamia nuts
    

Mustard mayonnaise
   

-Mustard
-Mayonnaise

PREPARATION: 

 

1. Boil the tofu and  then cover with a stone weight and  drain the water.

2. Finely chop the carrots, shiitake mushrooms, trefoil, kelp, and  ra w ham.

3. Place the drained tofu in a mortar and  grind, and  then add  and  mix  (2), and  the eggs,  ground sesame, Japanese pepper, dark soy  sauce, oyster sauce, and  the assorted meats.

4. Knead (3) into balls, and  fry in oil.

5. Once  fried,  transfer  to  a   bowl,  and  add  the  sauce  and  mustard mayonnaise.

6. Decorate with the Shimada nori and chopped macadamia nuts.
