Scrambled egg


1     egg

20g butter

20g cream

PM  salt, pepper . 

Panceta Joselito 

Cut three fine slices of Panceta Joselito and order them to form a rectangle.

With the egg the butter and the cream make scrambled eggs in a bain-marie with a spatula then put the eggs on the center of the panceta rectangle. Roll like an omelette and put on a plate. 


Finish and assembly

Before serving, make the panceta sweat on the grill for a few second.
