100 g Joselito Oil
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 tablespoon chopped shallot
20 g sherry vinegar
Salt
30 g Joselito ham cubes

1. Prepare the ingredients and mix in a bowl with a beater or spoon.
2. Dress the salad with the Joselito vinaigrette.
Note: any vinaigrette can be prepared by replacing the olive oil with Joselito oil.
