200 g of 0.4 olive oil


50 g Joselito Oil 


1/2 teaspoon mustard


1 teaspoon vinegar


Salt

1. Place all the ingredients in a tall, narrow container


2. Blend with an electric mixer until the mayonnaise thickens


Note: this can be made by mixing commercial mayonnaise with a tablespoon of Joselito oil
