
Ingredients:
Inaniwa noodles
Grilled pork
-Pork shoulder
-Leeks
-Mirin soy sauce (mirin 20g, dark soy sauce 10g)
Leek oil
-Green onions
-Taebaek sesame oil
Mixed green onions
-Leeks (finely copped)
-Green onions (cut into bit-sized pieces)
Raw ham soup
-Bonito kelp soup
-Iberian ham
Iberian ham
Yellow citron
Shichimi chillies
PREPARATION:
1. Slice the pork shoulder, sauté together with the white leeks in a skillet, and season with mirin soy sauce.
2. Mix the green onions and Taebaek sesame oil together in a mixer, and strain through paper to make leek oil.
3. Boil the Inaniwa noddles, pout the ra w ham soup into a bowl, add the boiled noodles, roast pork, and mixed onions, and pour on the leek oil.
4. Serve with sliced Iberian ham, yellow citron, and shichimi peppers.
