Burrata, anchovy and chorizo pizza

Steam a slice of wheat flour pizza for two minutes, with a ball of burrata on top, remove from the steam and dress with a dash of fino olive oil, an anchovy fillet from the Cantabrian Sea and finish with frozen, peeled, thinly sliced chorizo. Decorate with pieces of fresh fennel.
