1. Peel the asparagus.
2. Wrap the asparagus with a slice of Joselito ham.
3. Fry the asparagus involtini in a pan with a little olive oil over a medium heat until the asparagus is cooked and the ham nicely crunchy.
4. Top with a little manchego grated over the involtini.
