Ingredients: 

 

 

Various cooked  meats
    

Onion chutney
    

Boiled ham soup
    

Matsutake mushrooms
    

Gold leaf
    

Ham chips
    

Toast

 

 



PREPARATION: 

 

1. Finely chop the various meats, and  sauté until they are crisp.

2. Put (1), the ham soup,  and  the chopped shiitake mushrooms in a pot, boil, and  top with a soft-boiled egg.

3. Place the onion  chutney and  (2) on top of the egg shell, and  secure with gold leaf.

4. Serve with raw ham chips and toast.
