1. Mix the Joselito Consomme and agar-agar powder.
2. Boil over a medium heat, stirring constantly. Take off the heat and skim.
3. Pour the mixture into a suitable container and set in the fridge for 3 hours.
4. When you are ready to serve, heat the jellied Joselito consomme under the oven grill.
