1. HEAT THE OIL, ADD THE DICED JOSELITO HAM AND SAUTE.


2. ADD THE SHERRY AND REDUCE.


3. CLEAN AND CHOP THE MUSHROOMS ACCORDING TO THEIR SIZE, THEN SALT.


4. FINISH WITH SALT, FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER AND CHOPPED PARSLEY.


5. ARRANGE ON A PLATE AND TOP WITH JOSELITO HAM SHAVINGS.
