PEEL AND CUT POTATOES INTO OVALS.

COVER WITH 0.4 OLIVE OIL AND ADD DICED HAM FAT.

3.
CONFIT POTATOES FOR 25 MINUTES OVER A LOW HEAT.

WHEN COOKED, DRAIN THE OIL.

5.
FINISH WITH SWEET PIMENTON, SALT CRYSTALS AND SLICED HAM OVER THE POTATOES.
