250 g Joselito Consomme
One 2 g gelatin leaf (rehydrated in cold water)
1. Dissolve the drained gelatin leaf in 1/4 of the still-warm consomme.
2. Add the remaining consomme and mix.
3. Add a pinch of salt (to taste) and leave to set for 3 hours in the refrigerator.
Note: For a firmer texture, follow the same method but increase the amount of gelatin.
