What is the best way to consume vacuum-packed joselito ham?

The sliced Joselito range is especially handy for the modern lifestyle. It is easier to use but maintains the flavour, aroma and highest quality and guarantee that is a trademark of Joselito products.


It should be kept in the fridge at a temperature of between 4º C and 10º C.


The product should be consumed at room temperature so that it recovers its aroma and flavour. Take it out of the fridge 90 minutes before serving.


If you don't have enough time to bring it to room temperature, submerge it in some warm water (not too hot) before opening the vacuum pack. Wait several minutes until the ham's temperature has increased by several degrees.


The ideal temperature for consumption is around 25ºC.
